Hello, I’m Cel!

I'm Cel, founder of Singapore-based Cel's Cheesecake Brownies and here’s my story. 
More than 10 years ago, baking started as a simple hobby and a way for me to unwind over weekends. This led to fun and endless experimentations in the kitchen — but one recipe stuck with me —  Cheesecake Brownies, where you’ll never have to make a (difficult) choice between cheese or chocolate because you get to enjoy both in a single bite!
Friends and family became regular taste-testers and fans, which was a sign that perhaps I had something worth sharing beyond my own kitchen.
Cel's Cheesecake Brownies was born from those conversations and years of experiments - tweaking ingredients, adjusting baking times, and chasing that perfect combination and texture of cheese and chocolate that was just right and not too sweet. Most importantly, I wanted to create desserts that bring people together. Every brownie is handcrafted in small batches with the same care and love that first inspired me to start baking.
Every box that leaves my kitchen carries a little piece of that journey—and hopefully brings a little joy to yours!
